The vacuum filler (vane type)is an automated machine integrating volumetric filling, vacuum degassing and servo linking. Combining a servo-driven system with precision manufacturing, it is suitable for ham sausages, Taiwan-style grilled sausages, red sausages, fermented sausages and various minced/chopped meat products. Through vacuum filling, it preserves the original fiber structure, removes residual air, increases density and improves storage conditions. It also provides stable length and weight data for subsequent linking and clipping processes, ensuring consistent batch quality.

Unlike conventional piston or screw fillers, the vane pump uses sliding vanes in rotor slots to form variable chambers for smooth volumetric feeding. Outlet pressure up to 40 bar, suitable for high-viscosity fillings with large meat chunks. Precise gram-level control stabilizes portion weight, supports standardized production, reduces material loss and improves profitability.

2.2 Dual Servo Independent Drive

Models with linking mechanism are equipped with dual servo motors:

  • Filling servo: controls vane pump speed and rotation for consistent discharge.

  • Linking servo: independently adjusts linking speed and twist count for precise synchronization.

Supports stepless adjustment of filling speed, twist count and portion weight. Responsive and accurate, maximum linking speed up to 800 pieces/min for mass continuous production.

  • HMI System: Touchscreen + PLC with multi-recipe storage. Customize filling length, twist count, speed; multi-language (CN/EN/RU).
