1. Line Configuration
Sausage Linking and Hanging System adopts a modular integrated design with coordinated and compact workflows. The main components are as follows:
1.Vacuum Filler: Equipped with a vanepump filling mechanism and integrated vacuum degassing to remove air from the cylinder, ensuring firm and fine sausage texture. Compatible with standard 200L hopper trolleys with automatic lifting feeding to reduce manual handling.
2.HighSpeed Servo Linking Unit: Multiservo driven for continuous highspeed linking and portioning, with precise length control and uniform twisting, suitable for smalldiameter casings.
3.Automatic Hanging Rod Conveyor: Automatically arranges linked products for fast transfer to subsequent processes.
4.EtherCAT Fieldbus Control System: Coordinated line control with ondemand adjustment of speed, weight, spacing and twist counts, plus recipe storage and recall for stable, convenient and fast operation.
2. Working Principle
The entire line is built around synchronised vacuum filling and servo linking, enabling a fully automated continuous process:
1.Vacuum Filling: Smooth feeding via vane pump under vacuum negative pressure to eliminate air bubbles and cavities, slowing fat oxidation.
2.Volumetric Dosing: Precise control of fill weight via servo system for consistent batch weight with controlled tolerance.
3.HighSpeed Linking: Linking head runs synchronously with filling speed with tension compensation for even casing stress and reduced breakage.
4.Automatic Arrangement: Finished products are automatically hung and neatly arranged for rapid transfer to cooking, smoking or freezing stations, forming a closedloop production line.
